We support your learning through an induced learning context, interactions management tailored to the participants (using the MBTI and Process Communication), a training methodology that promotes learning (Eureka method).

    Creating a positive learning climate

    • We strive to ensure a climate of approval, non-judgmental and respect of participants. Our approach is underpinned by unconditional trust in humans.

     

    Animation methodology of our trainings

    • We use an animation training method that relies on your active involvement, your memory capacity and your ability to put learning into practice (the Eureka method). 
    • We apply this effective teaching method with pre-training (prework & pre-communication), during training (work on your goals and your specific needs, work on real life situations, practice and / or role play, learning cycles) and post-training.

     

    Optimized interactions with each of our participants

    • We use the MBTI and Process Communication Management to optimize our interactions with each of our participants and encourage individual learning.

    Our teaching methodology is working on three dimensions:

    • The "know-how –to be" to develop a lasting motivation. 
    • The "know-how" to implement effective “put into action” skills. 
    • The "Knowledge" to be able to tap into a repository of methodologies, tools, tips and tricks. 

    Specific emphasis is put on interpersonal skills, because it is the key to positive change, lasting and profound attitudes and operating modes.

    We use the concepts and tools of the Organization Development to maximize the impact of our training interventions, coaching and teambuilding.

    The Organization Development is a multidisciplinary approach to manage change. Its purpose is to improve the performance and sustainability of companies and institutions.

    The Organization Development aims to achieve these operational improvements while developing the capacity of the company or institution together to drive change by itself.

    This practice is totally in line with our concept: improving the management of a company or institution through effective management practices; and it aims to adopt a culture where the human being is central. This approach leads us to provide a debriefing at the end of our training operations, teambuilding and coaching.

    This debriefing allows you to better understand the different levels at which you can be involved in your business or institution to accompany the participants in the implementation of changes and improvements they want to achieve. It respects the ethical rules in our profession (confidentiality - no personalized debriefing, no assessment of people, ...).
