  • Adopt a coaching style and conduct a coaching interview with a colleague.

    • Integrate the principles of manager coach: when and how to adopt a coach attitude?
    • Respect the boundaries of the manager coach, know the constraints.
    • Identify the different levels of intervention and respect the ethical aspect of coaching.
    • Apply the process of coaching attitude as per the GROW model.
    • Practise the coaching style of communication with questioning, listening and feedforward.
    • Conduct a coaching discussion.
    • Sum up the best practices and errors to avoid.
    • Take stock of what you have learned and prepare your personal action plan.

    The training is for any senior manager or for those who already have a certain maturity and experience in management.
